On the sidelines of Tuesday’s press conference to discuss tomorrow’s Champions League 2024-2025 play-off second leg (0-3 first leg) against Brest at the Parc des Princes (kick-off 9pm, UTC+1), Paris Saint-Germain’s 28-year-old midfielder Fabian Ruiz was interviewed by PSG TV. We spoke to him about his approach to the game and his fine unbeaten run in Paris.

Ruiz “We want it to be a great night with a win.”

What’s the mood in the group ?

There’s a good atmosphere for the Champions League, always. We know we have the 0-3 advantage, but we want to attack this match as usual, without thinking about the score. We want it to be a great night with a win.

You’re the 2nd player at the club to have played the most games in a row without defeat (45, compared with 48 for Marquinhos).

It’s a wonderful, positive thing. We hope to continue like this, with many more victories and no possible defeats. In any case, I’m going to work hard to get even better and help the club.
