This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain take on Inter Milan at Munich’s Allianz Arena in the final of the Champions League 2024-2025 (kick-off 9pm, CET). Paris coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting 11, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches and suspension risks, after having formed the Parisian squad for this match.
After a long and tough competition, we have seen a typical team take shape during the last Champions League matches. So there are fewer doubts about coach Luis Enrique’s choices this time around.
Hesitations are more likely to revolve around the forwards who will accompany Ousmane Dembélé. It’s likely to come down to Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The former was initially left out of the starting line-up for last Saturday’s Coupe de France final, before Kvaratskhelia gave up his place due to illness. Perhaps that’s a clue.
But it’s not enough to be totally sure. We’ll have to wait until tonight for that.
Possible line-up:
Kvaratkshelia – Dembélé – Doué
Ruiz – Vitinha – Neves
Mendes – Pacho – Marquinhos – Hakimi
Donnarumma
Subtitles – Safonov, Tenas, Beraldo, Hernandez, Kimpembe, Mayulu, Zaïre-Emery, Barcola, Lee, Mbaye, Ramos.
Out – El Hannach, Kamara, Tape, Zague (choice).
Possible suspension for yellow card: None.
