On Saturday at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain drew 1-1 with Nantes on Matchday 13 of Ligue 1 2024-2025. We then asked our readers, as they do after every match from now on, to vote for the best Parisian of the match. Achraf Hakimi (26-year-old right-back) came out on top.
It’s always difficult to choose the best when the result disappoints, not least because you need hindsight and lucidity. But Hakimi seems to be a good choice, with lots of chances created and good defensive work. What’s more, he’s the only one who’s been able to score, something that’s been sorely lacking. Here we go again.
Gonçalo Ramos (23) could perhaps have been on the podium with several superb deflections, but it can be difficult to put an attacking player forward when he’s missing goals.
