We then asked our readers, as they do after every match from now on, to vote for the best Parisian of the match. Bradley Barcola (22-year-old striker) came out on top.

A victory without any real surprises, as Barcola was radiant with 2 goals and 1 assist in addition to his creativity and defensive efforts. He has undoubtedly scored points ahead of Saturday’s Champions League final against Inter Milan.
Achraf Hakimi (26-year-old right-back) and Désiré Doué (19-year-old midfielder/attacker) rounded off the podium with equally decisive performances. One might even have thought that Doué would be higher, with 2 assists. But competition is tough, as always. As ever,
We would like to thank you for your votes, which will henceforth be organized after each official match. We would also like to point out that the podiums from the player of the match elections will be used to elect the player of the month.
