Paris Saint-Germain won 2-1 against Saint-Etienne this Sunday at the Parc des Princes on Matchday 17 of Ligue 1 2024-2025. After the match, Parisian midfielder and striker Lee Kang-In (23) spoke to DAZN. The Korean international stressed that Paris can do better, even if the victory is to be savored.

Lee “We can do better things.”

How do you explain the slackness?

We’re playing against rivals, against a good team that’s playing well, but we scored goals and won the game. We can do better things, but the team remains strong. We’re very happy with the win.

What are PSG’s areas for improvement?

Well, as the coach says, we need to keep improving in all areas. Defensively, offensively and also in the finishing area where we need to be strong. We need to be decisive.

What does this victory mean to you?

I think this win at home, to start the year, is very important. I hope we can carry on like this.
