This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (2nd) will face Auxerre (10th) at the Parc des Princes for matchday 6 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 9:05 PM, CET). On Friday, Le Parisien newspaper published a possible starting lineup for PSG.
Barcola – Lee – Kvaratskhelia
Ruiz – Vitinha – Zaïre-Emery
Hernandez – Pacho – Zabarnyi – Hakimi
Chevalier
This is a perfectly plausible lineup, given the available players and recent performances, not to mention the match on Wednesday against FC Barcelona in the second round of the Champions League. There are many factors to consider, so there are few certainties. Especially since it’s not yet certain whether certain players will be in the squad.
We also know that coach Luis Enrique is capable of surprising the media, the fans, and the opposition. Therefore, we remain cautious. However, we can expect some rotation and perhaps some opportunities for younger players, such as 19-year-old midfielder Senny Mayulu. Up front, a truly convincing option without either Désiré Doué or Ousmane Dembélé is hard to imagine.
