On Sunday at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain defeated Paris FC 2-1 in Matchday 17 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season. As we now do after every match, we asked our readers to vote for the best PSG player of the game. Désiré Doué (20-year-old midfielder/forward) won.

A victory that seems well-deserved for the player who was the most creative in a PSG side that was sometimes a little inconsistent. His opening goal was a huge boost, and his performance was noteworthy. The same goes for Ousmane Dembélé (28-year-old forward), even if the second half was a little less impactful for both of them. Dembélé was also a bit wasteful throughout the match, sometimes forcing things a little too much.
As for Nuno Mendes (23-year-old left-back), he was impressive at times. Both defensively and in his attacking runs, he’s impressive. However, he sometimes overuses this quality and gets stuck in the middle. Not to mention a few minor technical errors. We expected to see Willian Pacho (the 24-year-old defender) ranked higher after a very solid and widely praised performance.
Thank you for your votes. As a reminder, the top three finishers from each match are then used to determine the Player of the Month.
