Yoram Zague, a 19-year-old right-back under contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2027, was loaned to Copenhagen for the 2025-2026 season with an option to buy. A great opportunity, but one that didn’t pan out, and the loan was ultimately terminated. This left his future uncertain. According to RMC Sport, the young defender will try to revive his career at KAS Eupen.

“Exclusive: Yoram Zague will sign with Eupen after his loan to FC Copenhagen was cut short.
The Parisian will be loaned until the end of the season to the club recently acquired by QSI. The right-back is expected in Belgium today.”

We would be surprised if the announcement were so definitive without some solid evidence. Zague seems to be heading to the Belgian club, now owned by QSI. We can’t rule out that this was part of the discussions, since the Qatari group also owns PSG.

All the better, this is becoming commonplace in football, and it was about time Paris could also leverage such a network. It remains a loan that seems to make sense for the young player to get playing time and thus try to fully establish himself. The adaptation will perhaps be easier than in Denmark.
