Alexei Batrakov, the 20-year-old Russian attacking midfielder for Lokomotiv Moscow (under contract until 2029), is one of Paris Saint-Germain’s transfer targets (his agent has confirmed this). It remains to be seen where the various discussions will lead. Anton Mitryushkin, the 30-year-old goalkeeper and captain of the Russian club, was very clear to Legalbet regarding his teammate’s future.
“I’m 100% convinced that Batrakov will go to PSG.”
“Batrakov’s future? We hope everything works out! We don’t comment on rumors within the team, but obviously, everyone hopes so. A transfer to PSG would be a boon for everyone. I’m 100% convinced that Batrakov will go to PSG.”
This is a strong statement, even if it’s not enough to guarantee the move. Is Mitryushkin so certain because he saw the statements or because his teammate told him about the situation? This is a point that needs clarification to learn more. But such a statement probably didn’t come out of nowhere. Batrakov seems to be a very concrete target for PSG, and a transfer is entirely possible. However, it’s important to remember that nothing is official yet.
