The 2025 summer mercato is now open in France until 8pm on September 1, so the rumors surrounding Paris Saint-Germain are piling up. This time, L’Equipe reports that PSG are battling with Ajax Amsterdam to keep hold of Quentin Ndjantou, a 17-year-old striker who has reached the end of his aspirant contract and is due to sign as a professional.
“Quentin Ndjantou (17) is attracting interest from the Dutch club. PSG have offered their promising striker a professional contract and are confident of finalizing the deal.”
There’s nothing for sure, it’s just a rumor. But the sports paper’s mention of such a dossier is no coincidence. It remains to be seen whether PSG will be able to convince its promising Titi.
It’s possible, given the right project. Except that other clubs have arguments in their favor, and playing time may seem more “accessible” in another team. Even if this isn’t always positive.
