Having arrived in the 2023 summer mercato from Inter Milan, 30-year-old defender Milan Skriniar has not made the move to Paris Saint-Germain. His contract expires in June 2028, and he has been loaned out to Fenerbahçe for the remainder of the 2024-2025 season. He has bounced back well and there has been talk of a permanent move to the Turkish club this summer. This Wednesday, Sabah reports that an agreement with the player is nearing completion.
“Fenerbahce have offered Milan Skriniar a 3-year contract.
Slovak player responded positively to the offer of the Sarı-lacivertliler

There has been talk of another meeting between Fenerbahçe and Skriniar’s agent in recent days, and it appears that the club’s proposal has been improved and this time suits the Slovak’s camp. This should enable the transfer to be completed fairly quickly, if confirmed.
We remain cautious, as there is no official confirmation yet. Except that Skriniar and Fenerbahçe have expressed their desire to continue working together. An important point. The agreement with PSG seems to have been reached for a sum of between 10 and 15 million euros. Let’s hope for confirmation soon. At the very least, it’ll be a done deal for this mercato. And not the easiest one just a few months ago.
