Having arrived in the summer of 2023 from Inter Milan, Milan Skriniar, a 29-year-old defender under contract until 2028, has failed to dzestablish himself at Paris Saint-Germain. He seems to have been asked to leave, even though he finally stayed on this summer, given his low playing time (111 minutes). This Thursday, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that a solution could be found this winter.
“SKRINIAR COULD LEAVE PSG IN JANUARY!
Following Bremer’s injury, Juve are interested in the Slovak defender this winter. Motta wants another defender.
Slovak international could arrive on loan with option in January.“
Nothing impossible, Juventus are struggling with a long-term injury and a replacement during the season is always hard to find. Skriniar shouldn’t be a particular choice for PSG, especially if the return of Lucas Hernandez (28), expected by then, goes well.
And let’s not forget that the Slovak international shone in Serie A with Inter Milan, and has a great reputation to uphold. But beware, there’s nothing concrete yet.
We all know that rumours can happen far too quickly, before any discussions have taken place between the various parties. We can’t rule out the fact that Skriniar doesn’t seem particularly compatible with Thiago Motta’s game. So let’s wait for more certainty.
