Randal Kolo Muani, the 27-year-old French national team forward who was struggling at Paris Saint-Germain (under contract until 2028), has been loaned to Tottenham for the 2025-2026 season without an option to buy, after an agreement with Juventus (where he had been on loan from January to June 2026) proved impossible. His future is now uncertain. Gazzetta dello Sport confirmed the Italian club’s latest offer this Friday, as well as the disagreement with PSG.

Gazzetta: Juve offered PSG €38m for Randal Kolo Muani and could push to a maximum of €40m. However, the asking price was set at €50m, and the capital club is now opening the door to other clubs. Regarding “Dibu” Martinez, the aim is not to exceed €6-7m.
This saga has been dragging on for over a year—ever since the initial loan negotiations between Juventus and PSG, as the purchase option was highly uncertain. No new compromise could be reached during the summer of 2025, and the deadlock persists. This comes as no surprise, given Paris’s high valuation for a French international signed for around €90 million.
He certainly endured difficult times at PSG, yet he also managed to score goals for Juventus and Tottenham, as well as for the French national team. While his market value has admittedly dropped, the Parisian club is hardly going to give him away for free. Juventus lacks significant financial resources, making an agreement difficult to reach.
Especially since there was talk of other potential offers. Even though nothing concrete has materialized yet, it makes sense for PSG and Kolo Muani to look toward other clubs. We are now waiting for further developments. As always during the transfer window, only concrete facts offer certainty.
