Overall, it’s a good snapshot of the game. Donnarumma was good but couldn’t really make a difference to Brest’s two fine goals. Pacho was the defender underneath on Saturday evening. Hakimi showed that he can also get through a game. In midfield, the downside was seeing Ruiz above Vitinha, with a good deal of subjectivity. Finally, in attack, the maestro Dembélé, well supported by Barcola, deserves the credit. As for Kvaratskhelia, he’s still trying to find his feet.
