Having arrived at the summer mercato in July 2023 from Mallorca, Lee Kang-In, the 23-year-old Korean midfielder, is under contract at Paris Saint-Germain until June 2028, and is playing more in the 2024-2025 season than in his irregular first season. But that’s not quite convincing everyone, which is attracting rumors around the mercato. This Friday, PSG Inside Actus assures us that Paris wants to move on.
“Kang-In Lee will be sold at the summer mercato. I’ll talk about it later… The player will be on the transfer list.”
We’re cautious, there’s nothing official yet, and we know that the mercato can change very quickly. Especially when it’s just rumours. Nothing can be taken for granted, and the next few months could change everything. But it’s not unthinkable today that the question will arise for Lee at the mercato.
Some people are a little too hard on him, but he could also be more impactful and regular. It’s up to him to find the key to taking things to the next level. Competition is fierce at PSG, and could become even fiercer with any new recruits.
