Vitinha “a very special flavor”.

What flavor does this Champions Trophy have?

A very special flavor. It’s always good to win a trophy. You give it importance. I give it importance. We were up against a great team. We played against them not long ago, we knew their qualities and that it was going to be a tough match. It was right up to the end. But we deserved to score at the end. We did what we had to do to win. I think we did more than Monaco.

Could this victory be a springboard to 2025?

Of course, it’s always important to win. When you win, you’re more motivated, you’re more confident, you’re more in the right frame of mind. So of course it helps.

Vitinha “It helps a lot of us together.”

Marquinhos had said that this stay in Doha could serve to further bond the group with a view to what lies ahead.

We spent several days together, 24 hours a day. After a short break, where we had a good rest, it was important to come back with a victory and a trophy won. Of course, I agree with Marqui. It helps a lot to be together after this break.
