This Friday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) take on Rennes (8th) at the Parc des Princes for the 6th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025 (kick-off 9pm, broadcast on beIN SPORTS). With 3 days to go, Djamel has announced some bad news about Vitinha (24-year-old midfielder) and Désiré Doué (19-year-old midfielder/attacker).

“Désiré Doué and Vitinha did not take part in collective training.
On the other hand, Kang-In Lee, who was limping after the match, was more worried than hurt, and took part in the day’s collective training session in its entirety.”
This still doesn’t mean that Doué and Vitinha will be absent against Rennes, but that’s to be feared. At the very least, they may not be in top form. Which is already annoying.
However, there are other options in the squad and we’re sure that no risks will be taken. Above all, we hope to see them back at 100% soon, especially for Tuesday’s trip to face Arsenal on Matchday 2 of the Champions League.
