On Wednesday at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain drew 2-2 in the second leg of their 2025-2026 Champions League playoff against AS Monaco and qualified for the Round of 16 (5-4 on aggregate). As we now do after every match, we asked our readers to vote for the best PSG player of the game. Désiré Doué (20-year-old midfielder/forward) won.

A victory that seems logical for Doué; he was the main creator of chances for an otherwise rather disappointing PSG side, lacking intensity and precision. The Parisian number 14 didn’t deliver a phenomenal performance, but he was up to the task and provided the decisive assist for the equalizer. This allowed him to edge out a mixed team performance. We’re almost surprised to see such close results.
Warren Zaïre-Emery (19-year-old midfielder) and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (25-year-old forward) weren’t bad, but their performances weren’t particularly outstanding.
Thank you for your votes. As a reminder, the top three finishers from each match are then used to determine the Player of the Month.
