This Friday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) faces Rennes (6th) at Roazhon Park for Matchday 22 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 7 pm, CET). PSG coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting eleven, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches, and the risk of suspensions, after having selected the squad for this game.
No lineup from coach Luis Enrique is easy to predict, especially since some rotation seems quite logical. The idea is to involve the entire squad, but also possibly to allow some players to rest before the first leg of the Champions League playoff against AS Monaco on Friday.
But this will only happen within the established competitive environment and high standards, as there is no question of giving undeserved playing time. Not forgetting the analysis of an opponent to be taken seriously, but also somewhat unpredictable with a coaching change during the week. PSG needs points in the title race and cannot afford to slip up.
Possible lineup:
Kvaratshkelia – Dembélé – Mbaye
Neves – Lee – Doué
Hernandez – Pacho – Zabarnyi – Hakimi
Safonov
Substitutes – Chevalier, Marin, Beraldo, Marquinhos, Mendes, Dro, Vitinha, Zaïre-Emery, Barcola, Ramos.
Unavailable – Mayulu, Ndjantou, Ruiz (injuries).
Possible suspension for yellow card: None.
