Maghnes Akliouche, 23-year-old attacking midfielder/winger from AS Monaco, has been named by the media as a target for Paris Saint-Germain for the 2024 summer transfer window, but he has extended his contract (from 2026 to 2028). PSG, however, is still reportedly interested in the future, while the player is reportedly keen to sign for Paris. Bild, however, claimed on Wednesday that the asking price is considered too high, and not just by the Parisian club.
Often cited as a PSG target, Maghnes Akliouche has seen his club ask for more than €70 million from each interested team this summer.
It now seems impossible that the winger will be available for less than €50 million.
No major European or English club has offered more so far. Not even Bayer Leverkusen.

Nothing is impossible, nor certain. Akliouche is regularly mentioned in PSG rumors, without having specifically asked to leave. And no club has confirmed the slightest attempt to recruit him. The mutual interest between the player and Paris is credible, but not confirmed.
Each player may also have other ideas, or even a different priority for PSG. Especially if AS Monaco’s price remains so high. Akliouche could simply continue at Monaco, with an attractive team and the Champions League to play for.
As for the Parisian club, other recruitments are certainly possible. Even if there are no concrete developments on this front at the moment, apart from the young Renato Marin, 19-year-old goalkeeper who arrived after the end of his contract at AS Roma and with an uncertain role.
