L’Equipe :
Barcola (8) – Dembélé (4) – Doué (7)
Ruiz (8) – Vitinha (6) – Neves (7)
Nuno Mendes (6) – Pacho (6) – Marquinhos (6) – Hakimi (8)
Safonov (5)
It’s impressive to see such a gap between Ruiz and Dembélé, with 2 points between the 2 media. On the one hand, Ruiz was just satisfactory, on the other really good. We’re inclined to agree with the latter, as we’ve seen him play, create, control and recover. We don’t know what Le Parisien missed. L’Equipe, on the other hand, seems harsh on Dembélé. Admittedly, he was less radiant. But that doesn’t seem to be a failure.
However, one can always discuss each note for hours and everyone may have different expectations, or a look from a certain angle. In any case, the Parisians were collectively very strong, with Doué and Barcola as their spearheads. Not forgetting Hakimi, also decisive with the 3rd goal.
