Having arrived at the summer mercato in July 2022, Vitinha, a 24-year-old midfielder under contract until June 2027, has gone from strength to strength at Paris Saint-Germain since last season. Quite logically, PSG have now moved to extend his contract according to PSG Inside Actu.

“Talks for a contract extension for #Vitinha began yesterday. Both parties want to continue the adventure together… He has been offered a two-year contract ( Until June 2029) + salary increase and bonus…”

This media outlet is generally reliable, and the desire to extend Vitinha seems logical enough, so it’s safe to assume that PSG have moved on.

An agreement looks likely, as the player regularly displays his happiness and ambition in Paris. For the time being, confidence is the order of the day. But soccer can be surprisingly fast-moving.

We can only rejoice with a signature. Which could still take some time. So let’s remain cautious and patient as long as there’s nothing official.
