Nothing had happened since Sanches’ return from Benfica, and we were starting to worry about the Portuguese being stuck. The concern surrounding his physical problems is legitimate. But there is also always hope that this excellent player will play again. Let’s hope that a deal can be reached. It won’t be for a fantastic sum, but it’s much better than nothing.
