On Saturday at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain secured a 1-0 victory over Troyes (see video highlights of PSG vs. Troyes) during the 10th matchday of the 2026-2027 Ligue 1 season. Below are the player ratings awarded to the Parisian side by Le Parisien and L’Équipe.

Paris had the chances to make for an easier evening
Four days after scoring six goals against Villarreal, PSG had to settle for a 1-0 win against Troyes at the Parc des Princes on Saturday. Zabarnyi broke the deadlock with a header in the 39th minute, connecting on a cross from Senny Mayulu. Paris had several opportunities to extend their lead, but they faced some nervous moments—culminating in a goal by Lucas Maronnier that was disallowed for offside.
Mayulu sets the tone; Zaïre-Emery takes charge on the right
Playing centrally, Mayulu was as much a threat to the goal as he was a provider for his teammates. He struck the crossbar early in the match and later set up Ferran Torres with a goal-scoring opportunity just before the opening goal. On the right flank, Zaïre-Emery created danger with his runs; his surge forward before the break set up another one-on-one for Torres against [Troyes goalkeeper] Konaté. After the restart, the full-back was involved again, getting his head to a cross from Doué.
Doué opens up the play; Konaté keeps Troyes in the game
Whether through a cross-field ball to Mayulu or a delivery for Zaïre-Emery, Doué found two ways to bypass the Troyes defensive block. These contributions justify the 6.5 rating from Le Parisien, whereas L’Équipe opted for a 5. The issue lay in the final execution: Torres managed to put all four of his attempts on target, but each one was denied by Konaté. The averages remain similar: 5.09 from L’Équipe and 5.45 from Le Parisien. Both outlets primarily penalize the lack of efficiency in the final third.
The bench keeps the match on the same trajectory
In the 70th minute, Luis Enrique brought off Torres and Godts, replacing them with Ndjantou and João Neves. This double substitution was a response to the struggles of the two forwards. However, the impact in the opposition’s penalty area remained limited, and Paris finished the match with the same one-goal lead.
