Randal Kolo Muani, the 26-year-old striker signed by Paris Saint-Germain until June 2028, was one of the club’s biggest transfers when he arrived at the summer mercato in September 2023. But he hasn’t been able to impose himself and a departure is looming. Téléfoot took stock of the situation on Sunday.
“Randal Kolo Muani is set to leave PSG this winter!
AC Milan, Manchester United, Juventus, Aston Villa, Leipzig and Ligue 1 clubs are all interested.
AS Monaco have made a loan offer, which PSG have refused (@SaberDesfa via Telefoot).”
There’s almost no doubt that Kolo Muani will leave in January, but we’re bound to remain cautious as there’s still nothing concrete to report. Especially as the calendar looks set to be very busy, with possibly a match every 3 days until the international break in mid-March. PSG can’t simply part with one player. They need to be sure of being able to rely on training or recruitment.
Another essential point is that Paris must reach an agreement with another club, as well as with Kolo Muani. For the moment, there’s no guarantee. With Monaco’s offer turned down, that’s one less possibility. Numerous clubs are being talked about, without any confirmation as yet.
