This Saturday, during Matchday 11 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season, Paris Saint-Germain faced Nice at the Parc des Princes. After a match in which the Rouge et Bleu largely dominated, going scoreless for a long time, they won 1-0. Here are our player ratings for the Parisians.
Goalkeeper –
Lucas Chevalier (6) – He hardly had anything to do with his hands; his footwork was very good.
Defenders –
Achraf Hakimi (7) – He made numerous runs forward to create danger in front of the Nice goal, but lacked a bit of luck with his final pass and shot.
Ilya Zabarnyi (6.5) – A little less mobile or attacking than Pacho, he was solid in his tackles.
Willian Pacho (7) – As always, he was strong in duels, pushing high up the pitch to win back possession and help his team apply pressure. There were even some truly beautiful passes.
Nuno Mendes (7) – As impressive as ever in his defensive and offensive runs. He just lacked that decisive touch, much like his team.
Midfielders –
Joao Neves (7) – His impressive work rate was a real asset in midfield; the opposition struggled to find an attacking transition or prevent him from getting on the ball. He came close to opening the scoring. Substituted in the 65th minute by Fabian Ruiz.
Vitinha (7.5) – The playmaker, he delighted with various through balls and never neglected his defensive duties.
Warren Zaïre-Emery (7) – Very effective in winning back possession, he tried to contribute more offensively but sometimes lacked a bit of spontaneity. The midfielder is clearly back in form. Substituted by Ousmane Dembélé in the 72nd minute.
Forwards –
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (6.5) – The Georgian tried almost everything, with great intensity. But he lacked a bit of luck, like all his teammates.
Senny Mayulu (6) – The youngster alternated between good initiatives and a lack of impact or success in his decision-making. But he always shows good work rate, also in defense. Replaced by Gonçalo Ramos in the 72nd minute.
Bradley Barcola (6) – He tried a lot, but lacked luck. Just like his team. Replaced in the 65th minute by Lee Kang-In.
Coach –
Luis Enrique (8) – It’s difficult to criticize him when he has a squad to manage in order to avoid injuries. His team dominated by a wide margin; they just lacked that little bit of luck.
