This Wednesday, Paris Saint-Germain take on Arsenal at the Parc des Princes in the second leg of their Champions League 2024-2025 semi-final (0-1 win in the first leg) (kick-off 9pm, CET). On the eve of the match, Ousmane Dembélé (27-year-old striker) was seen training with the squad. Lee Kang-In (24-year-old winger/midfielder) warmed up on his own, then joined the group. Presnel Kimpembe (29-year-old defender) has already been ruled out, probably until the end of the season.
Le bilan :
The news is therefore generally good. Dembélé was eagerly awaited and has an undeniably important role to play in the PSG team. Even so, there’s no need to “tremble” if he doesn’t make the starting line-up tomorrow. Lee, on the other hand, was a little less expected, but may well be present in the end. Most certainly as a substitute.
As for Kimpembe, his absence was already a foregone conclusion. Of course, the situation is problematic for him and deserves some thought. But he had not been considered for this PSG/Arsenal match for some time.
