Viktor Gyökeres, 25-year-old striker for Sporting Portugal (contract runs until 2028) and Sweden, has been making a name for himself for some time now with a string of goals and assists. Unsurprisingly, this has attracted rumors, and Paris Saint-Germain is involved. This Thursday, PSG Inside Actus reports that Paris would like to make a move this winter.
It’s not unthinkable, given that Gyökeres has been one of the most in-form strikers in recent times, and we suspect that offers from the big clubs will be piling up. PSG, who are short of goals, could be tempted.
But be warned, this is also a rather “facile” rumour, and there’s no confirmation whatsoever at the moment. Sporting could also very clearly close the door during the winter. There’s also the competition, which could make things very difficult for PSG.
