After the 3–3 draw against Strasbourg at the Parc des Princes on Friday, as part of Matchday 8 of the 2025–2026 Ligue 1 season, Lee Kang-In (24 years old, midfielder/forward) stopped in the mixed zone to share his thoughts on the match.
“We tried to give 100% of ourselves, both offensively and defensively. In this team, everyone defends and everyone attacks. It was a tough match because Strasbourg are a great team. But we’ll analyze everything to try to improve what didn’t work,”
said the South Korean international, as reported by Foot Mercato.
Once again, a PSG player took the time to praise Strasbourg — and rightly so. The visitors showed real quality, with talented players and a bold, attack-minded philosophy. That approach helped produce a highly entertaining encounter, full of rhythm and technical intensity. Unfortunately for PSG, they couldn’t turn the spectacle into victory.
It wasn’t an easy match, and Paris also have themselves to blame for several individual and collective mistakes. There’s still work to be done, particularly as the team looks to regain full sharpness after the international break. Between injuries and returning players, adaptation is key.
Little by little, PSG should continue to grow stronger. And even if some observers prefer to focus on criticism or alarmism, the overall level remains promising — this team already shows plenty of quality and character.
